Meet the Founder

Elias Nolin

Founder & CEO

Elias grew up immersed in church life, experiencing the richness and diversity of Christian community across many different denominations. From traditional liturgical services to contemporary worship, from small rural congregations to large urban ministries, he's witnessed firsthand the unique ways each church community welcomes and nurtures faith.

These experiences shaped a deep appreciation for the universal mission that unites all churches—reaching people with the love of Christ—while recognizing the distinct traditions, values, and personalities that make each congregation special.

With a passion for both technology and ministry, Elias founded Greetyr to bridge the gap between the church's timeless message and the modern tools that can amplify its reach. He saw an opportunity to help churches of all sizes connect with seekers, answer questions, and open doors to faith—24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

“I've seen how powerful it is when someone feels welcomed by a church community,” Elias says. “My goal is to make sure that welcome extends to everyone who's searching, no matter when or how they reach out. Technology should serve the mission of the church, not complicate it.”

Our Story

Greetyr was born from a simple observation: churches are often the last to adopt technology, yet they stand to benefit the most from it. While businesses use AI to sell products, we believed AI could be used for something far more meaningful—helping people find faith, community, and purpose.

We started by talking to pastors, ministry leaders, and church staff across the country. We heard the same challenges again and again: not enough hours in the day, questions going unanswered, visitors slipping away before anyone could connect with them.

So we built Greetyr—an AI assistant that learns each church's unique voice, beliefs, and programs, then represents them faithfully to anyone who reaches out. It's not about replacing the human touch that makes church special. It's about extending that touch to more people, more often.

Our Values

  • Faith First: Everything we build serves the mission of bringing people to Christ.
  • Church-Centered: We design for the unique needs of ministry, not generic business use cases.
  • Authenticity: Each church's Greetyr assistant reflects their genuine voice and values.
  • Accessibility: Churches of all sizes deserve powerful tools, regardless of budget or technical expertise.
  • Stewardship: We help churches do more with less, honoring the resources entrusted to them.
